A Texas Fall is definitely something foreign for the out-of-staters. The seasons change quickly, jumping from summer to winter in no time. However, the one thing that hasn’t changed is the scenic spots on campus. Here are three Instagram worthy spots on campus that you must photograph before your time as a Mustang is up!
1. Dallas Hall
How could one be considered a Mustang without an iconic picture outside Dallas Hall? The most photographed place on campus is often bustling with students during the week. However, during the sunset and odd hours during the week, the serenity only adds to the beauty of the setting. Whether the sun gleams in the background or is setting in soft shades in the awe-inspiring Dallas sunsets, this spot is a sure hit!

2. Underwood Law Library
A highly underrated venue to undergraduates, the quadrangle in the middle of the Law Quad often is a beautiful place to photograph during the night. The moonlight provides a beautiful halo around the structure and also, with the right filters, you could write a probable National Treasure theory on secret doorways and treasure. The serenity of the area also provides for a scenic backdrop for those days you just want to take a break.

3. Blanton Building
Often overlooked due to the horrid construction surrounding it, the Blanton building’s classic Greek architecture also provides for a beautiful scenery on a breezy Fall day. Though the Centennial Quadrangle (currently under construction) provides for an excellent view, Blanton facing SMU Boulevard, with the right gradient when the fountain lights go on, is a severely underrated option to a fantastic picture!
