Name:Â James William Arwood Jr.
Major:Â Public Policy (Law & Policy) with two minors: Business and Sustainability
Expected graduation date:Â 2017
Relationship status:Â Single and ready to mingle. I love taking girls on dates.
What do you like to do in your spare time?:Â Research. I am completely dedicated to the career I want to go into.
Celebrity crush:Â Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of the Killers.
What are you involved in at school?:Â I’m in the RHA, I play intramural sports and I’ve started my own student organization.
Tell us about the Students for Affordable Tuition:Â Students for Affordable Tuition is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to representing students in state politics. Our goal is to pass legislation through the state to alleviate the financial burden of college.
How can students here at ASU get involved with your cause?:Â Students can get involved in a number of ways. We have a research team, as well as a social media team and an outreach team. The biggest thing that students can do right now is register to vote and like our Facebook page for updates. There is a lot of work ahead, but when we come together and stand up for our brothers and sisters who are overburdened by debt. That’s when we are the change to see in the world.
Lastly, how long does it take you to do your hair in the morning? Is the afro hard to manage?:Â I actually don’t do anything at all. God just poured a little bit too much sexy into my soul when he was cooking me up and poof, I had curly hair. Jokes aside, it’s pretty easy. It just takes a lot of conditioner.Â
