1. Martha Lenio
Martha is the first Canadian and the first woman to lead a simulated Mars mission (CBC). She’s a 2004 graduate of the mechanical engineering program.

2. Marie Bountrogianni

Marie is currently the dean of the G. Raymond Chang school of Continuing Education at Ryerson University. She was also the Hamilton-Mountain MPP from 1999 and 2003. In 2003,  she was the Minister of Children’s Services and Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. Afterwards, she became the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs. From 2007-2011, she was the president of the Royal Ontario Museum. She was also an assistant professour in psychology at both Wilfrid Laurier and McMaster universities. She completed her undergraduate at Waterloo.

3. Susan Tighe
Susan is a Canada Research Chair in Sustainable Pavement and Infrastructure Management. She graduated with a PhD in civil engineering from UW.

4. Heather Moyse
Heather is an Olympian with two Olympic gold medals in bobsledding in both Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014 with Kaillie Humphries. She graduated from UW in 2004 in kinesiology.

5. Ingrid Mattson
Ingrid is currently the London and Windsor Community Chair in Islamic Studies at Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario. She was also the professor of Islamic Studies, founder of Islamic Chaplaincy Program and director of the Macdonald Center for Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim Relations at Hartford Seminary. At Waterloo, she studied Philosophy and graduated in 1987.
