Spring is around the corner and Los Angeles has some of the best weather in the country. This weather allows for gorgeous flowers to bloom. If you need something to do for Spring Break, grab a friend and a camera and head out to these gardens to see flowers. These places offer discounted admission to students.
1.    Huntington Library

Admission: Students with school ID- $19 Weekdays, $21 Weekends
Tucked Away in San Marino, the Huntington Library contains 12 gardens and 15,000 plant types. Just some of the gardens are the Garden of Flowing Fragrance, the Japanese Garden, the Desert Garden, and the Rose Garden.  Here you can also visit the art collection that consists of European Art or American Art. The art collection contains 650 paintings and 440 sculptures. You can also explore the library and see rare books on display.
2.    Descanso Gardens1418 Descanso Drive, La Cañada Flintridge 91011
Admission: Students -$6
Like the Huntington Library, Descanso Gardens has an array of gardens to explore. Explore the rose garden, the Japanese garden, the California Natives Garden or also visit an oak forest, or the camellia collection. Descanso Gardens covers 150 acres, so make sure to bring comfortable shoes.
3.     Exposition Park Rose Garden
700 Exposition Park Drive Los Angeles, CA 90037
Admission: Free
Located in the heart of Los Angeles, next to USC, the Science Center and the Natural History Museum, the Exposition Park Rose Garden contains a great variety of colorful roses. Bring a blanket and have a small picnic here or snap away and take pictures with the roses.
