Hometown: Walled Lake, Michigan

Â
Her Campus: What are you involved in on campus?Â
Kelsey Ebeling: I’m in the sorority Delta Delta Delta (holding positions as the Greek Week & Sustainability Chair), a member of the Service Fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, and on the marketing team for More than Me UM. I am also on the marketing team for the new app Linehop and am a member of the Mana Project International, which is focused on service in international communities. I am going to Ecuador for Spring Break with the Mana Project.Â
Â
HC: Which of the many activities you’re involved in do you find most fascinating?Â
KE: Probably my position with Linehop, since it very new for me.
Â
HC: What is Linehop?Â
KE: It’s a new start-up app that is designed to help people make more informed decisions when going out. Instead of just asking, “Hows the line?” Linehop allows you to check the line wait time right from your smartphone. Additionally, by posting pictures, Linehop allows users to gain loyalty points and rewards such as skip-the-line passes, which are also for purchase.Â
Â
HC: How do you think Linehop will be useful?Â
KE: I know I’m always getting emails sent to my sorority listserv asking about the wait, and it’s frustrating especially when I am not out at certain bars. Linehop expedites this process for you and streamlines it into one app. Everyone should download it today!
