What’s your favorite memory you’ve made this far at VSU?
Hmm… That’s a hard one, but I would have to say my favorite memory at VSU is seeing Mainstream Madness prosper and being one of the bigger fashion shows to hit VSU.

HC: What qualities do you possess that you feel make you stand out from others?
Some of my qualities are amibiton, dedication, patience, and of course passion. In all, you have to love who you are and what you stand for. I hope I am a role model to many.
HC: Who do you get your inspiration from?
I get my inspiration from my parents. Unfortunately they passed away, but I let them move through me. The situation has made me who I am today [smiles].
HC: What lessons have you learned while being in college?
While in college I’ve learned to move in silence and always stay humble, no matter what.
HC: Who do you look up to?
I look up to my older sister Camille, who lives in California. She’s two years older than me but she is as wise as one can be.
HC: What do you plan on doing after you graduate?
After I graduate with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I plan to join the National Guard. I would also like to earn my Master’s at Kennesaw State University, so I can become a nurse practitioner with my own office. And if a couple celebrities need me to coordinate an event, I guess I can squeeze them in [laughs].
HC: What advice do you have for someone as they go through college?
My advice to those in college is to stay focused! I had to learn that not everyone has the same path as you, and some may not understand your fight. So do what’s best for you. The reward is worth it in the end. :)
HCXO!
