This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UWindsor chapter.
While we usually interview one campus cutie, this adorable couple on campus deserved some attention. Â Gabrielle Rohit and Nick Brown met this year at the university as friends, and are now going strong as a couple. Â Read about their story below:
1. How did you two meet?Â
We met at the croc, I (Gabbie) said something awkward, Nick looked over, and I introduced myself. We talked, and we found out that we were in the same residence building.Â
Â
2. How long have you been together? How long have you known each other?
We’ve been together for a month and a half. We’ve known each other since frosh week [in September].
Â
3. What attracted you to each other?
We have a lot of things in common. We like watching the same tv shows, food, music.Â
Â
4. What do you like doing together?
Watching movies and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, ordering food, staying in or going out. Whatever [we’re doing], it doesn’t matter — as long as we’re together.
Â
5. How do you balance your academics, extracurriculars, and social life with your relationship?
We go on a lot of study dates; we study together all the time. We spend a lot of hours in Leddy library.Â
Â
6. What do each of you want to do with your future?
Nick:Â IÂ want to work in finance for an aviation company.
Gabbie: I want to be a news anchor.
Â
7. What is your favourite on-campus date?
We either stay in Cartier and order food, or go to the croc.
Â
8. What surprised you the most about each other?
How different we are but, [that we] still have a lot in common.Â
Â
9. What is your favourite thing about one another?
Nick: I don’t know, there are so many things about her – mostly how understanding she is.Â
Â
Gabbie: His smile and how sweet he is.Â
