College, work, and having a life can be a very stressful combination. Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. It helps get worry and stress out of your head, calm your nerves, and provide you with a great night’s sleep! Point Park University’s Student Center provides not only a nice gym, but also several free class programs for stressed out college students like us! Classes began this past week and will continue throughout the rest of the semester.

Spinning has a variety of class days at the Point Park University Student Center. The first day is Mondays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The next class is offered with Expresso Bikes on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Expresso Bikes have a video feature that is shown through a TV that is connected to the bike. The final class is an outdoor group biking event offered on Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Spinning offers a high cardio workout through massive amounts of cycling.
