To all University of Hawaii students with a passion for designing, there’s a contest for you! The UH Bookstore is holding their 2014 HI Pride T-Shirt Contest, open to all students at any 10 campuses. The student with the best design that answers the question “What does HI Pride mean to you?” will win a $200 UH bookstore Gift Card, a $100 JanSport Prize Pack, his/her own 2014 HI Pride T-Shirt, and major bragging rights!
A picture is worth a thousand words, so be creative! Submission deadline for all designs is Monday, April 21, 2014. Semi-finalists’ designs will go online for a public vote the week of May 5, 2014. The runner-up will receive a $50 UH Bookstore Gift Card, a $75 JanSport Prize Pack, and a HI Pride T-Shirt.
The winner will have their T-shirt with their winning design available for purchase at the UH Bookstore starting Fall 2014. UH students receive a special discount with a valid ID, and all proceeds support the University of Hawaii’s educational mission. This is a great opportunity to put your graphic skills to good use and have our student body and faculty wear them across all campuses!
