Her Campus UIC’s Neuro Sleepover!!

   With the dreary week of midterms nearing a close and Neuro at their side, Her Campus UIC threw a stress-free event at Paul Mitchell Chicago to ease everyone into spring break. On March 20 at Paul Mitchell Chicago, over 60 UIC girls showed up to join in on the amazing activities that Her Campus UIC had planned. First on the list was manicures and hand and arm massages thanks to the lovely Paul Mitchell students. The girls got to pick through hundreds of colors to find their perfect spring shade. 

Next the girls were able to stop in at the card making station to write sweet notes for the children in the Ready, Set, Ride program. The program assists special needs or terminally ill children by providing them with horseback riding services and therapy through the positive interatctions with animals. 

By that time everyone had worked up an appetite, but like always Neuro had us covered! With Sprinkles cupcakes, fruit, popcorn, and of course all of Neuro’s amazing flavored drinks everyone was able to get some yummy snacks and drinks.

Gina Russell is a senior at the University of Illinois at Chicago. There she studies English/Communication/binge drinks coffee/complains. She is a lover of anything apple cinnamon scented and books that leave you with more questions than answers. She was born and raised in Chicago. Nicole is a proud city girl born and raised in beautiful Chicago. She is currently a student at the University of Illinois at Chicago as a Business Marketing major and a part of the Women's Line Up Team at Nike Chicago. Claudia was born in Mexico and moved to Chicago at the age of 8. She is currently attending the University of Illinois at Chicago as a Marketing major. She is really excited to be a part of the HerCampus team and is ready to make HC grow at UIC. She can’t go a day without exercising and especially enjoys Zumba!
