Hot apple cider, apple crisp, pumpkin pie and pumpkin spice lattes are only a few of the many fall delicacies with which we stuff ourselves. This is the season for indulgence and while the food is indisputably delicious, the ramifications of our calorie intakes may sabotage our fashion-ready fall figures.
