Going to Bryant we have it easy; the gym is only a 5 minute walk from wherever you are! However, motivation to work out can be totally hard to find. So, during this midterms week, find every reason to go to the gym. Hey, it’s awesome procrastination. If you can’t think of one, then we have 15.

4. It will help build a stronger immune system (avoiding those nasty colds)
5. It gives you confidences and improves self esteem
6. It’ll help burn off all those weekend calories

9. It improves your focus and concentration (for all those papers and tests)

12. Makes you more flexible and limber (remember to stretch!)

Don’t forget that spring break is right around the corner, and summer will be here before you know it! So get you bum to the gym to look and feel great this break. The only workout you’ll ever regret is the one you skip.
