Everyone loves that rewarding feeling after a hard work out. But no one likes that feeling when you’re sitting in class still in your sweaty clothes. Some of us have time to take showers, but what about the other collegiettes that don’t have time? Here are some quick ways to get that fresh feeling just before class.
Dry Shampoo Your Hair
Drugstores sell mini dry shampoo cans that are easy to carry and bring in your gym bag. Dry shampoo cleans your hair and makes it smell great. Another great thing about dry shampoo is that it gives your hair flexible volume and hold. So if you want to re-do your messy bun that you had while working out, dry shampoo will give it that stylish, voluminous look.
Quick Face Wash
Use some facial wipes that can really clean your pores deep and smear any makeup that may have sweated off. This will prevent from future breakouts because sweat won’t stay locked in the pores of your skin that will collect bacteria and dirt.
Sock-It-To-Yourself
For the people that aren’t going to be able to change out of their workout clothes, the most important part to change after a workout are your socks! You don’t want to have funky feet walking around campus. This will prevent bacteria build up because the sweat will stick to your socks, and without that clean change, you’ll have some stinky toes.
Those were only a few ways to freshen up after the gym, because us ladies should still look fabulous after working so hard. Just remember: hair, face and feet!
