Senior Philosophy Major

Birthday:  October 19th

 

Allie:

Freshman Psychology Major

Hometown: Smithfield, RI

Birthday: February 18th

 

How did you meet?

Allie: We met the first week of classes; he goes to Morning Prayer all the time and one day I decided to go and that’s where we met. I was like, “Hi, I’m Allison…I don’t know why I said that, you can call me Allie.” It was really awkward!

 

What was your first date?

Marc: Sloane.

Allie: (Jokingly) I was going to talk!

Marc: (Smiles at her, bows head) Okay, you talk.

Allie: I kept going to Morning Prayer because he was there and I liked him, and one day he said, “Me and my friends are going to Sloane; you should come with us,” so I thought that I was going with a bunch of his friends but then he told me, “Oh, my friends can’t go,” so it ended up being just us.

Marc: Tricked ya!

Allie: Yeah! That went well and after, we went to Church Street and to the Red Onion for lunch that Saturday. 

 

Do you have any nicknames for each other?

Marc: I call her Allen.

Allie: It’s a guy’s name, and I call him Marcie because it’s a girl’s name.

 

Do you have a song?

Allie: We don’t have a song.

Marc: We don’t? Yes, we do!

Allie: We do? Oh, what was the first song you sang to me?

Marc: “Bless the Broken Road.” That counts!

 

Any plans after college?

Marc: I’m applying to Providence College and Notre Dame for teaching.

Allie: My older sister’s actually a senior too, and she goes to Providence College and they’re applying to the same program. We’re hoping that if they both get in they will be living together. And Providence is like fifteen minutes from my house, so that would be good!

 

If you could go on vacation together, where would it be?

Marc: Foxborough, Massachusetts, to see the Patriots.

Allie: (Laughs) Marc’s obsessed with the Patriots- it kind of gets in the way of our relationship.

 

Which celebrity couple are you most similar to?

Marc: Tom Brady and Gisele!
