Now that it is December it’s officially an acceptable time to play Christmas music, something most people are excited by (some eager beavers even jump the gun by playing holiday songs in November). However, I am not most people. In fact, I find traditional Christmas music to get quite annoying. Call me the Grinch, but that’s just how I am! So in order to still participate in creating holiday cheer, I’ve created this “non-traditional” Christmas and holiday playlist. This list contains a wide array of musical genres, including hip-hop, pop, indie, and the always-necessary Mariah Carey Christmas song. So take a break from the classics and listen to these artists’ different perspectives on Christmas.
