As the days get chillier on the Hill, it’s definitely time to invest in a great winter coat. Although those Barbour jackets are really cute, they’re also $500. Not exactly budget friendly if you’re trying to reduce the amount you spend or if you just don’t want to pay that much for a coat. You can find similar coats at L.L.
