September sure did sneak up on me; it’s hard to believe that autumn is upon us. The leaves will start changing colors any day now, and football season will be in full swing before you know it. However, you still have time to savor some great summertime activities in the High Country before you pull out those sweaters and boots.
Appalachian Hiking and Yoga
The title says it all. If you’re interested in hiking and yoga, you may enjoy this tranquil outdoor activity. It takes place every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Beacon Heights Trail. It consists of 90 minutes of hiking with 3 yoga stations. One session costs $15. Doesn’t that sound like a great way to interact with nature, while getting a great workout? I think so!
