Third year cutie Leslie Serrano sat down with HerCampus to give us her opinions on love, humor and chivalry too!
HerCampus: What’s one quality every guy that you date must have?
Leslie Serrano: A good personality. They have to have a good sense of humor and not be uptight.
HC: Do you think chivalry is dead?
LS: I don’t think it’s dead but I think it’s definitely a different type of chivalry. Boys definitely don’t woo you like they did back in the day, but we can expect them to at least open the door for us!
HC: Should girls be afraid to make the first move?
LS: I think that it’s totally fine to make the first move you just have to make sure that the other person is into it too!
HC: What’s the ultimate deal breaker?
LS: Being rude and being cheap. I don’t like harsh sarcasm. I don’t find it funny, I think it just pushes people away.
HC: What’s more important, looks or a sense of humor?
LS: You have to find a good balance of both. I definitely would want a good mix of the two. It’s fine if you’re cute, but you have to be able to make me laugh too.
