Pretty Little Liars
This week’s episode was the long-awaited “A Day.” The episode where all of our questions would be answered…or so we thought. I had spent days leading up to the finale analyzing who “A” might be and why it would be this person. This season finale only gave me more questions! All of Allison’s clues start to come together with the girls and they travel to the Lonely Woods Motel to get some answers. Does anyone else ever wonder why this foursome always come up with the scariest ideas and follow through with them?? Emily and Spencer sneaking into the motel reception area to scope out the sign-in book, Spencer going with Mona to the motel again, Hannah taking a shower when someone is after them are all prime examples. “A” is supposed to be unmAsked in this episode but when Spencer goes back to the motel with Mona, we find out then who “A” really is……Mona! The shrine of the girls in that room was hands down one of the scariest things I have ever seen. OH MY GOSH! The episode ends with Maya being rolled out of the home in a bag- just like the pilot episode with Allison and ends with Mona having a visitor in the mental hospital.  Did Maya fall victim to “A?” Is “A”  working in a group? Will we ever get answers? Looks like we will have to wait until June 5th to find out!

Cougartown

No new Glee until April 10th, so now is the best time to get Her Campus App State readers into a new show! Although this show is in its 3rd season, we think it’s a highly underrated and hilarious show and you should check it out during Glee’s hiatus.  Her Campus App State has mad love for FRIENDS, which is part of the reason we love Cougar Town.  Courtney Cox and the “cul-de-sac” crew are absolutely hysterical.  The show plays like FRIENDS in that it is all about this group of friends and everything that goes on in their everyday lives, work, family, relationships and most importantly WINE.  This season is centered on Grayson and Jules’ (Courtney Cox) engagement and wedding planning.  It just started back up a couple weeks ago so get caught up and join in on the greatness of penny can, red wine, and Cougar Town. Another great incentive to watch this show is that we have seen two FRIENDS reunions onscreen from Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston! Maybe if you watch you’ll get to see some more!  Forget about any other lame TV show and tune in Tuesday nights to Cougartown at 8:30 on ABC!!!!

The Voice
We have never been really into American Idol or any other singing competitions.  However, last year we got intrigued by the new show, The Voice.  It’s a different spin on your typical competition show. There are four coaches/judges: Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera.  During the blind auditions, the coaches listen to the performance of each contender with their backs turned so that they are judging them truly on voice.  If the coach wants that voice on their team, they turn their chair around.  If more than one coach turns their chair around, the person gets to pick which team they are on.  It’s hilarious to see the dynamics of the coaches when they duke it out for a specific person!  Adam and Blake have a sweet bromance while Christina loves to push the buttons of all the men, especially Adam. This week was the last of the blind auditions and now each coach has 12 members on their team.  The battle rounds have began which will cut each team in half when they are over. Come next week, say goodbye to the overdone American Idol and hello to The Voice, Monday nights on NBC!

One Tree Hill-
One Tree Hill execs were not joking where they said they were pulling out all the stops for this last and final season. The past couple episodes have played more like a late afternoon soap opera than a primetime drama.  And this week was no different!  Lets just start by rejoicing for the safe return of Nathan! This episode was full of sweet Naley moments that made us wish we were the ones in James Lafferty’s arms.  Always and forever never gets old. In true One Tree Hill fashion, Nathan’s safe return to his family doesn’t come without some tragedy.  Dan Scott is back in the hospital and is knocking on deaths door.  Every scene that involves Dan shows a look back at the most dramatic moments of his life.  Although we love to hate Dan, we question whether he can be redeemed for his mistakes. At the end of his life, Dan gets forgiveness from people that he never thought he would, Deb, Haley, Nathan and even Keith.  Keith makes a small appearance to take his younger brother on to the next life. This episode also saw the return of Brooke’s absentee father. Brooke’s dad came back and showed interest in Brooke’s next line for babies called Baker man.  It may have seemed like he was back to check on his traumatized daughter after being attacked again by Xavier, but this guy is all business.  After Brooke realized that her dad wants to sell Baker man before it even begins, she realizes its time to say goodbye to the father that never was and rely on the people that truly love her. This episode was quite the tearjerker and we said goodbye to a beloved character that has been around since season one. I can’t believe there are only 2 episodes to go!!
