Over spring break, I went to Washington, DC (one of my favorite cities in the world!). As a Political Science major, the trip was especially great because I got to tour the White House and Capitol Hill.

 
To any collegiette who is interested in politics, history, architecture, museums… or anything cultural, really, I would definitely recommend taking a quick trip to our nation’s capital if you haven’t been there already.
 
NOTE: To schedule tours of the major federal buildings in DC (like the White House), look up who your Congressperson is and go to their site to set up a tour.
