I must admit, I freaked out a little bit when I found this recipe. Who could resist fluffy Cool Whip, cream cheese and Nutella all over a simple Oreo cookie crust? One look and I was sold. Early Sunday morning in my kitchen-less dorm room, I got to work on this heavenly combo. Here is a quick guide on how to this mouth watering sweet:
No Bake Nutella Cheesecakes
1. CRUST
- Crush 12 Oreo cookies in a plastic bag.
- Melt 3 Tablespoons of butter and mix with Oreos to make a crust in an 8×8 pan.
2. FILLING
- Mix together 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, 2/3 cup of Nutella and 1 tsp. of vanilla extract (optional) until smooth.
- Fold in 1 (8oz) tub of whipped topping until well blended.
- Spoon the filling over crust in the 8×8 pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap for at least 2 hours and serve!
