Nail Polish Trends: Holiday Edition

Tis the season of fur vests, decorations, and holiday parties!  And lucky for you, I have the perfect winter nail trends that’ll make the most wonderful time of the year seem even better.  The next time you sit down to give yourself a winter mani, try out one of these holiday colors:

Glitter:  Who doesn’t love to sparkle this time of year?Tights, tops, or trees, it’s all about the glitz and glam! My favorite color happens to be West End Wonderland, a glittery gold by Butter London.  No matter what the color is, a little sparkle will make you really shine this time of year.  The Muppets collection by OPI has a number of shimmering colors that will perfectly accessorize your holiday outfit.
 
Red: Everyone should own this classic color; it truly looks good on every skin tone.  Anywhere from crimson to deep burgundy, red nails and a little black dress will look classy, yet chic at your next holiday party.  Big Apple Red by OPI never fails; it is my go-to color.
 
Dark Shades: As the winter approaches and we start blending with the snow (pale alert!), these dark colors are sure to stand out.  Dark purples, blues, and greens look great this time of year.  I recommend these three shades by China Glaze: First Class Ticket for a stylish purple, Little Drummer Boy for a bold blue, and Emerald Fitzgerald for a dashing green.
