This year, Halloween celebrations on the Hill were full of tasty treats – our creative and wonderful staff at the Caf and Cage made sure of that. The Women’s Empowerment House joined in the fun by selling festive cupcakes they had made: Owls Cupcakes, Pumpkins Cupcakes, Shard-of-Glass-and-Blood Cupcakes, Grave Cupcakes, and Spider Cupcakes.
The House took pre-orders and the rest went fast!
