We never get too old for fall festivities. In college our closest friends become family, so instead of getting nostalgic over how fun it was to carve pumpkins back in the day take advantage of Colorado’s beautiful weather and participate in some fall fun with your Boulder family. Here are 4 things you can do to make the most of the autumn air!
- Pumpkin Patch Playtime
Head over to the Cottonwood Farm, located on the Southwest corner of 75th Street and Arapahoe Road. This family owned is filled with fun activities you can enjoy all day. A corn maze, animals and a hayride complete with beautiful views of the flatirons
   2. The Scariest Haunted House Colorado
Legend has it that the 13th Floor Haunted House is the scariest in Colorado. It’s located on Brighton Boulevard in Denver and tickets are $20.00.
   3. Take a Drive to Estes Park
Grab your camera and head to Estes Park to capture the scenic foliage and maybe spot an elk if you’re lucky.
   4. Get lost in a corn maze at the Denver Botanic Gardens
It’s an 8-acre puzzle that only costs $8.00 if you’re a student. Plus, there is a showcase of unique Native-American artwork located in the gardens as well.Â
