Dylan Rhys Williams ’14

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Tufts chapter.

Name: Dylan Rhys Williams

Hometown: Philadelphia, PA

Class Year: 2014

Major(s): History (and maybe German)

Relationship Status: Taken (sorry ladiez)

Are you involved in any groups on campus? TDC, Burlesque, Theta Chi

What are you afraid of? Locked doors. Rings that get stuck on fingers.

Do you have any hidden talents? Not to toot my own horn, but I do a pretty sweet Nicki Minaj. (Proof, you ask?)

What’s your favorite food? White Chocolate Fondue. I love myself and I hate myself.

What did you want to be when you were younger? A supermarket clerk, because I thought the lazer-scanny-things were literally LITERALLY the coolest things in the world. Also like a spaceman or something.

What’s your ideal superpower? Telepathic communication with the Bacow family. (Adele, you dog!)

If you were an animal, which one would you be? My Patronus is a blue jay, so that seems pretty fitting. I had to do this meditation thing in high school where our spirit animals “presented themselves” to us, and after twenty minutes of my silently plumbing the depths of my subconscious, that’s what popped up. So take that however you please.
                                          .

What are you going to be for Halloween? One of the muses from Disney’s Hercules, specifically Thalia (the one that looks like Jennifer Hudson circa 2008). I really think I can fill out the toga.

What’s your favorite thing about Tufts? My professors, and the Charles/MGH on wheat at Hodgdon.
