When it comes to working out, we all need a little musical motivation. I know that when I go to the gym, I have a special playlist on my iPod that helps me get through my workout. Here are a few of my favorite songs that I NEED to listen to during my workout:

2. âOut Tonight â- RENT: Hereâs where the theatre geek in me comes out. Donât be put off because itâs a Broadway song. It has a great rock ân roll tempo that gives you energy and loads of confidence.
