After just getting off summer break, the worst thing ever is getting back into the swing of things. Tuesday September 6 marked the beginning of CU Student Involvement Week. This week offered by our fine institution is the perfect way to get our groove back. In today’s world it is so vital that we differentiate ourselves from the competition by being the best we can. Now I’m with you, the beach and/or Boulder Creek are still screaming in my mind, but this is the easiest transition for us to get involved!

With a variety of events offered such as Study Abroad information, over one hundred students groups begging you to join their club, volunteer opportunities, and more, this week is calling us. “It’s gonna be super! I can’t wait to interact with all my incoming and current classmates while finding ways to better my college experience,” Steven Ryan, Junior. Our student groups range from anything of the CU Gold dance team to Hiking Club to Boulder Jam Community to many different religious groups. Clearly this is the best and most simple way we can better and bring a sense of diversity doing things we love to our education here at CU.
