HC: If you could have lunch with anyone who would it be?
LB: Probably my grandpa. I’ve never met him, but I think he’d be a pretty rad dude to meet. From what I hear he was a pretty cool cat.
HC: Finals are almost over now. How did you make it through this crazy week?
LB: StumbleUpon! And lots of coffee.
HC: What’s a little fun fact about you?
LB: My socks never match.
HC: Worst pick up line you’ve ever heard?
LB: “I want to  be a tear, born from your eye, run down your face, and die on your lips.” Yes, this was real. And yes, this was petrifying.Â
HC: What is your favorite spot on Purdue’s campus?
LB: Definitely Lily Hall. And I love the animal statues outside of Lynn.Â
HC: What has been your most memorable life experience to date?
LB: Probably my mission trip to Costa Rica after graduating high school. We rehabilitated a library in Nosara for a week, cleaning and updating the technology. It was one of the island’s two libraries. We also raised and donated money. It was an awesome week! We also got to go zip-lining, swim in a waterfall, and spend every day at the beach. The combination of all of these activities, both volunteering and sightseeing, is definitely something I will never forget.
