Simplicity Across the Nation

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Arizona chapter.

Name: Justin Miller
Hometown: Anaheim, Calif.
Graduation Year: May 2010
Major: Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting

Having always been a great student, Justin Miller spent months putting together a way to help his fellow classmates. In August of 2008 Notehall.com came to be in the cold corridors of the ILC on the UA campus. Now just three years later Justin and his co-founder have established one of the most useful websites for students.

HC: How did you come up with Notehall.com?
Justin: I had always been a great note taker and would help out guys in my fraternity AEPi with their classes. After I realized the demand for my notes and study guides, I began to charge people for a copy. The idea for Notehall.com didn’t officially come about until October 2007 with my co-founder Sean Conway.

HC: When did you officially establish Notehall.com?
Justin: We launched in August of 2008, almost immediately we got traffic from students needing help in their classes. We had 8,000 students signed up within our first semester at UA. By the following semester we were spread over 30 campuses.

HC: How many campuses are you now affiliated with?
Justin: We are used over the span of 80 universities, not only that but we specialize the page depending on your campus. The notehall.com homepage for the UA is themed red and blue for the wildcats. Each campus has this special feature.

HC: What is the main goal of your website?
Justin: To add product and services that will help students be successful in the classroom. We are hoping to one day offer online tutoring, flash cards, and live chat sessions.

Notehall.com prides itself on its ability to aid student studies without feeding them the answers.  For more information on this incredible website check out www.notehall.com.  I also suggest following them on facebook and twitter, they are constantly offering promotions towards notes and study guides.
