Shape Up Rhodes: Cereal Swaps (Sweet Cereal Alternatives)

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Rhodes chapter.

Cereal is a go-to food for breakfast and daytime snacking.  If you’re addicted to Reese’s Puffs, Cookie Crisp, or any of those sugary cereals you enjoyed as a kid, you’re in luck.  You can still enjoy cereals similar to your favorite childhood snacks with less sugar and some added protein and fiber.  Rev up your grocery list with these cereal swaps.

If you like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, try Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Antioxidants Cinnamon Oat Crunch.  It tastes even better and has 8 more grams of fiber than Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
