Meet this week’s Campus Cutie, junior Charles Klug. This native Floridian loves the beach, but he fills his time at Wake by running track, taking part in Student Government, being an RA, and frequently socializing in Starbucks.

Hometown: Tampa, Florida.
Major: Political Science and Religion
What superpower would you most like to have? The ability to fly. It would make traveling the world much easier.
Words to Live By: Go Gators!
Celebrity Crush: Jessica Alba. I am in love with her character in Good Luck Chuck.
I can’t live without…the state of Florida, college football, and Words with Friends
Biggest Fear: I am afraid of needles, which I feel really bad about because I can’t give blood. Hopefully one day I’ll overcome it.
Dream Vacation?I would want to go to Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand…I’ve never been to the southern hemisphere and I want to check it out. I would definitely have to do some scuba diving, hanging out at the beach, hunting kangaroo, and some exploring. I have some family in New Zealand so I would finish my trip by visiting their sheep farm.
If you could be anyone (living or dead) for a day, who would it be and why? Ronald Reagan
Most embarrassing moment: I’m not going to make that one public…but it happened at Last Resort.
Summer Plans: Working for Senator Rubio in DC for the first half and then travelling to Israel for the second half

Kelsey Garvey is a junior English major at Wake Forest University. Her upbringing in Connecticut, otherwise known as country club land, inspired her to write in order to escape and locate something more. Writing has also acted as her outlet to dabble in subjects far beyond her my intellectual capacity: art, culture, design, fashion, photography, and music. Other than reading Vogue and Vanity Fair cover-to-cover, Kelsey enjoys frequenting the blogosphere, speaking franglais in daily conversation, and laughing at her own pathetic jokes. Feel free to email her with any questions or comments.
