Name: Dylan Landon
Hometown: Brooklyn, NY

Major: Psychology
Minor: Communications
After sitting down with Dylan, I was amazed by the fact that I had never met him before. With his outgoing personality and popular slogan of T.T.R (Time To Rage) I can only assume the two of us must have hit some of the same parties. Little did I know just how well-known he is. With contracts to spin and promote for Zen Rock, Gentle Ben’s and FUKU as well as being the campus rep for Universal Studios, Dylan has gotten his name practically tattooed across the UA campus.
HC: How long have you been a professional DJ?
Dylan: It started when I was 15, the bar mitzvah and sweet sixteen scene. I was actually one of the party dancers, eventually I began to emcee and then onto being a DJ. I now have Zen Rock Thursday’s, FUKU Friday’s, and Gentle Ben’s on Saturday’s.
HC: Do you ever record?
Dylan: That’s the next step, making and recording beats for remix-nation.com. I recently got new equipment so I’ll be releasing some beats soon.
HC: Would you like to do this as a profession after college?
Dylan: I’d actually really like to go into T.V., entertainment, radio and music wherever it can take me. I have my own spot on Kamp Radio as Dylan the DJ for people to call in and make requests.
HC: Where do you get your inspiration from?
Dylan: I’ve always been kind of a class clown; I’m really outgoing and just want people to constantly have a good time so that’s what I aim to do. I draw from other people and what’s around me.
HC: What are your plans after college?
Dylan: I’m looking to be somewhat of the next Ryan Seacrest. Take over the world one media outlet at a time.
If you haven’t been able to catch up with Dylan, next time you’re at one of his events introduce yourself. This is one fun-loving personality you won’t want to miss out on.
