Fashion’s Night Out Filled With Beauty!

This weekend I headed into New York City to check out the mayhem and excitement that is Fashion’s Night Out! My friend Sarah and I mapped out a night filled with events and bobbed in and out of the packed city streets from event to event! It was such a fun time and I wanted to share some of the beauty highlights from the night with all of you:

Our night started off in the Meatpacking District at the Maybelline New York Color Studio hot spot. Although we couldn’t stay too long, the scene was so exciting! There were makeovers, music, models, and glamour all around.

The crowd was down the street early on and it seemed like everyone was super excited to kick off the night with Maybelline!

A bit later in the night, we met up with the “Carmindy Cab.” You might recognize Carmindy, a renowned makeup artist, from TLC’s hit show What Not To Wear! Well, Carmindy was traveling around in a cab all night offering complimentary, customized makeup tutorials and regimens for each fashionista that hopped aboard.

During our cab ride, Carmindy (who is fabulous and so nice!) gave me a great “makeup prescription,” recommending the ideal shade combinations for me based off of products from her Sally Hansen Natural Beauty Inspired by Carmindy makeup line.

The Carmindy Cab dropped us off at the Talbots on Madison Ave., where we checked out the Three Custom Color Specialists table. Makeup artists were there to make over women with their new colors for the fall.

And if you spent $150, you got a free gift with purchase: Talbots’ signature red “Charmed” lipstick created by Three Custom Color Specialists. Here I am with Tess Paras from Three Custom Color Specialists, who is wearing a fabulous Talbots shirt!

We had quite a packed night and those are some of the highlights! Did you attend any FNO events? Where’d you go? What’d you do? Share, ladies!
