Hey hey! My name is Gigi Guarino and this is my first article as a Her Campus member! I am really excited to express my ideas and thoughts on topics that are special to me. I am going to focus on anything lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and even food related! In honor of the weather changing, and my slightly problematic love for shopping, I decided to include some staples I will be wearing this fall. Because I am spending the majority of my fall here on the hill, I included outfits that range from athleisure to class comfortable. I hope you enjoy :))))

1. sweatsuits

One of my go-to outfits when it starts to get colder is a comfortable pair of sweats. Some of my favorites are the Boys Lie matching sets, which make such a comfortable outfit look more put together but still effortless.

2. Baseball hat + sneakers

Next, I am a sucker for a baseball hat and sneakers. To dress it up, I always find myself pairing it with a trench coat and jeans/leggings. The coat and hat combo is comfortable and casual, yet put together.

3. STAPLE accessories

One of my favorite things to do in order to elevate an outfit is accessorize. Whether it be sunglasses, a headband, or a baseball hat, I feel it really amplifies the look. One of my recent obsessions has been the hair accessories by Emi Jay. They’re perfect to throw your hair up and look cute, and they’re very versatile.

4. HIGH-QUALITY SNEAKERS

Next up is a good sneaker. I prefer to wear most of my outfits with sneakers, especially during the colder months on campus. From Nike to Veja, you can’t go wrong with an everyday sneaker.

5. a WORKOUT SET

Last but not least, I advocate for a good workout set. Don’t walk, run to Free People Movement or Alo Yoga. Both of these brands come out with the cutest colors and styles for the most unique sets. Although I typically wear them to a workout class, some days I find myself throwing them on with sneakers and sunglasses when I want a comfy day. Top it off with a cute cropped sweater or workout jacket and you’re good to go:)
