As the spooky season continues on, what better way to spend it than with the Ghoul Boys themselves? While Buzzfeed Unsolved:True Crime has ended and the final of Buzzfeed unsolved: Supernatural is coming, that doesn’t mean we have to stop watching them. So, I have compiled a list of my top five Buzzfeed Unsolved episodes. Please note that these are just my opinions, and everyone has their own opinions on what their favorite episodes are.
1.The Demonic Goatman’s Bridge
This is honestly the first episode that popped into my head. The whole banter and dynamic Ryan and Shane had with each other was amazing. The energy Shane gives off in this episode is unforgettable. Who else would be willing to dance on a demon’s bridge and say that he owns the bridge now? Shane Madej, that’s who. I only wish to have the same bravery and courage as he does. Sorry Ryan, but that water gun filled with holy water won’t do much.
2.The Strange Disappearance of D.B. Cooper
I think this was one of the first episodes of Buzzfeed Unsolved that I’ve watched. The mystery behind D.B Cooper is amazing, and interest certainly sparked up when he made an appearance in the Marvel TV Series’, Loki. Considering that there was no idea who the identity of Cooper is, it is cool to learn about all the theories that revolve around him. It was also nice to see Ryan and Shane laugh at all the way Cooper did his business on the Boeing 727.
3. The Treacherous Treasure Hunt of Forrest Fenn
Who doesn’t love a good treasure hunt? And with our favorite ghoul boys searching for riches, what more could you want? The way they willingly took the time and effort to decode Forrest Fenn’s hints and go all the way to New Mexico was so cool. While they never found the treasure, since it turned out that it was in Wyoming the whole time, Shane and Ryan looked good in their outfits, dressing asOwan Grady from Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones.
4. The Tragic Death of Princess Diana
While there aren’t any mysteries revolving around the death of Princess Diana since the reason has already been solved, it’s still always nice to learn about the People’s Princess. I wasn’t old enough to know the impact of her work, but I could tell how much that people loved her and how much of a tragedy her passing was. It was nice of Ryan and Shane to do an episode on her, even though there was nothing unsolved surrounding her circumstances.
5. The Menacing Case of the Monster with 21 Faces
This one definitely sparked a lot of interest in me. The fact that someone or some people managed to sneak into candy factories and pull off all the different stunts is amazing. The fact that the Japanese police couldn’t catch them despite their high arrest rates and the fact that the culprits themselves gave clues as to who they are, is just fascinating to me.
And that’s all five! Since I hate horror stuff, I was really surprised that I enjoyed this series. I was worried I wouldn’t like it, but it actually turned into one of my favorite things to watch. While I am sad that Buzzfeed Unsolved will be ending, I’m glad that I can still be able to watch these on Youtube. Who knows, maybe one day these mysteries will one day be revealed to the public.
But for now, they all remain unsolved.
