As I approach my last semester of college, I realize that there are still so many things I want to do. This past year I made a little bucket list for myself of things I would like to do before I graduate. I know thinking of graduating is bittersweet, but I am still excited for the time I have left at UNH. I want to take these next few months to have fun and continue to make so many memories with all the amazing people I have met. Here are a few of my bucket list items for before I graduate.
Go to a hockey game
I know this might sound silly, but I really enjoy going to the hockey games. Over the past few years, I didn’t go to nearly as many hockey games as I originally wanted to. This semester my goal was to go to at least one, which I ended up doing earlier this semester with my friends. Even though I technically already completed this, I would still recommend it to other graduating seniors, especially since the hockey season is ending soon.
Make a trip to the L.L.Bean Store
Since I was a freshman, I have always wanted to visit the L.L. Bean Flagship store with my friends in Freeport, Maine. As someone who grew up loving L.L. Bean, I always enjoy visiting their Flagship store. I think it would be such a fun day trip with a group of friends. The store is massive and there are so many places to eat in the area. I definitely want to do this with my friends before I graduate!Â
Visit Wagon Hill
Believe it or not, but I have never been to Wagon Hill. I drive by it all the time and have always wanted to go. Whenever I drive by in the winter, I see people sledding down it all the time and always thought it looked super fun. While I might not get the opportunity to go sledding there, I definitely want to visit before I graduate.Â
Go to BostonÂ
As a freshman and sophomore, I never really thought about taking the train into Boston for the day. I know this is such a simple goal, but I really want to go into the city at least one more time before graduating. This past year my friends and I have been to Boston a couple of times which has been super fun. There is so much to do there and it is such an easy day trip to make.Â
Be more spontaneous
With this being my last semester of college, I have made it a goal to be more spontaneous and push myself out of my comfort zone. I know this is more of a goal than a bucket list item, but I really want to be more spontaneous. Whether it be going to a concert, a mini road trip, or even doing homework at one of the bars, my goal is to do the little things that will make the best memories. Â
Hopefully this inspires you to make your own bucket list, or even try some of these!
