Alyssa D'Amato

Alyssa D'Amato is a 21 year old from Middletown, Connecticut majoring in Mass Communications and Media Studies within the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. She has maintained an interest in creative writing and journalism for as long as she can remember, and has previously entered winning submissions to the CT Silent Sounds Writing Competition (2018), the MXCC Film and Music Festival (2021), and was a writer for The Teen Magazine between 2017 and 2022.

Apart from school and writing, Alyssa also loves indulging in music and the performing arts, horseback riding, running, swimming, traveling, hiking, and just about anything else outdoors!
