Amber James

Amber James, or AJ! Currently a freshman at Baylor studying pre nursing. The Marketing Director for HER campus Baylor. She hopes to get into Intensive care nursing and real estate projects when she finishes school, and is always looking for her next networking opportunity. She hopes to get involved in research, internships, and as many fun things as possible during her academic career.
In high school she was nerd who loved debate and creative writing. She got a head start and was part of the Plano West Clinical Rotation program.
Amber loves to cook and hopes to one day take some culinary courses, her favorite dish to make is Risotto and it wouldn't be AJ without a sweet treat so she might finish it with... a strawberry rhubarb pie. She is a travel fanatic who loves an island vacation with her toes in the sand and she has aspirations of going on a mission trip to the Philippines, and doing a study abroad year in London. She's a thrifting aficionado and adoreeeessssss finding places around her home town, Dallas Texas, to take her friends to for some nice coffee, food, and activities (she might be a coffee addict).
Recently Ms. James has been jumping into the concert and festival scene, live music might be her love language, wink. She might just be a hopeless romantic who loves watching movies and reading books. You can catch her most often with an AirPods in, reading a book, and eating a little snack.
