Amelie Acton Yanez is a writer for Her Campus at NC State University. This is her third year writing for Her Campus.
Amelie is double majoring in Anthropology and French with minors in Criminology and Forensic Science. She will get her French Master's here at NC State following her graduation. Afterwards, she wants to live in France for at least a year, likely teaching English, before starting graduate school for Anthropology.
Amelie is from Charlotte, NC. She grew up in Mexico City. She enjoys traveling, watching TV shows and movies, cooking, baking and listening to music during her free time. She loves Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Gracie Abrams and Bad Bunny.
