Ashmitha Gnanapragasam

Ashmitha Gnanapragasam is an editor at the Her Campus at McMaster chapter. She has an affinity for wellness-related topics and women-centered issues.

Beyond Her Campus, she has written for the Axiom newspaper and the Tackling Misinformation (TMi) club at McMaster University. Ashmitha is currently an undergraduate student in the Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) program at McMaster University.

When she’s not reading, Ashmitha enjoys watching tv, eating good food and spending time with loved ones. She has an unhealthy obsession with Harry Potter and a strong attachment to Ron Weasley. She is especially passionate about prioritizing women’s health and eradicating the neglect that women’s symptoms have faced for generations.
