Hello!! I’m Beatrix, and I’m a sophomore from Pittsburgh, PA studying history and urban studies. I enjoy writing about many different themes including fashion, music, personal essays, social commentary, and opinion/advice pieces. I am excited to be a chapter editor and writer, and I hope our content fosters a sense of community on campus!
I'm not super sure what I want to do in the future, but I'm interested in historical architecture, preservation, and urban planning. In addition to Her Campus, I am involved with Vassar’s mixed ultimate frisbee team, The Cyber Nunx, Working Students Coalition, and Ceramics Club.
In my free time, I love taking hike on the Vassar Preserve, playing pool, reading, cooking, and picnicking on the quad with my friends. I am always gratefully accepting podcast recommendations too :)
