I'm a freshman at Syracuse University from Wethersfield, Connecticut majoring in Environmental and Interior Design. My passion for sustainability and creative design has inspired me to explore how we can make spaces both beautiful and environmentally responsible. I’m excited to dive deeper into this intersection through my coursework and involvement on campus!
In addition to academics, I’m an member of Syracuse’s chapter of the Young Democratic Socialists of America, where I’m passionate about discussing and advocating for progressive policies and social justice issues. I also swim on the club team, which allows me to stay active and competitive while balancing my academic commitments. I’m a member of Women in Design, a group that promotes the role of women in the design industry and fosters community and growth for aspiring designers like myself.
In my free time, I enjoy working on creative projects, staying physically active, and connecting with others who share my interests in design and social advocacy. I’m excited to contribute to HerCampus at Syracuse, where I can combine my passions for writing, design, and social issues while exploring new ways to tell stories that resonate with the campus community.
