Hey there reader… My name is Caroline! I’m a first year at the University of St Andrews studying International Relations on a pre Law track.
I made my way here from the States and — while I’m originally from the Washington DC area — have called Southern California home for a long while now.
Once I arrived in Scotland, Her Campus immediately called my name because I am what some might call a yapper. In my younger years I was that kid with her nose in a book and after many years of reading nonsense I have A LOT to say.
Even though I spend an obscene amount of time reading, writing, and talking I do actually have other interests. Unfortunately, I really enjoy my fair share of exercise and running — gross I know.
On a more likable note, my life’s soundtrack is genuinely Taylor Swifts entire discography. I am the ultimate foodie and coffee fanatic. I love a good thrift or a great movie but most of all I love my girls. That is why my favorite part about HC is the inspiring women the group has introduced me to.
