Ella Lassandro

Hello! My name is Ella Lassandro, and I’m a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign student. I’m pursuing a major in Political Science with a minor in Business, which allows me to explore the intersection of government, policy, and commerce. In addition to my academic work, I’m an active member of the Social Media team for the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Her Campus Chapter, where I help manage and create content for our online platforms. Outside of school, I work part-time as a barista at Starbucks, a role I’ve enjoyed for the past three years. It’s been a rewarding experience that has allowed me to build strong connections with my coworkers and customers. In my free time, I love hanging out with friends, as I thrive in social settings. Staying active is a big part of my life. Whether it’s running or working out, I find joy in keeping fit and challenging myself physically. These experiences, from work to school, have helped shape who I am today, as someone who values community, personal growth, and making meaningful connections.
