Emma McNally

Hey there! I am Emma, a French-Irish student in Global Arts, Culture and Politics, here in Amsterdam. I moved here two years ago as Amsterdam is a great cosmopolitan and success-prone city. I want to work in international relations, either as a diplomat or as the legal director of an NGO.

I grew up with my mother and brother in a little but wonderful city near Paris, where I attended British OIB and specialized in Social Sciences, Economics, and Geopolitics. I also participated in several kinds of sports, including professional gymnastics and badminton, where I am also a regional champion!


Being raised in an international household has made me highly eager to learn about other people's cultures and perspectives. I am rather outgoing, so I enjoy meeting new people, going out for drinks, and having lighthearted yet thought-provoking discussions.

I am much enthusiastic to be apart of the HerCampus as one of the members of the Editorial Team. I am eager to see this initiative flourish and succeed and will do all in my power to make it so!
