Emmy is a sophomore at UCF, pursuing a degree in Journalism and minoring in Theatre. She is the Recruitment Director for Her Campus UCF and is very passionate about writing. When she isn’t doing her journalistic duties, she loves going to the beach and surfing, going to literally any concert in the area, and watching Sex and the City.
