Fatima Hyder

Fatima Hyder is a Campus Correspondent for Her Campus’ York University Chapter. Previously serving as an editor, she oversees the editorial team, manages article submissions, and ensures that a range of topics relevant to the campus community are covered. Her role involves strategizing content, guiding new writers, and maintaining the quality and integrity of publications.

She has a background in writing and editing from her participation in journalism and yearbook clubs, where she primarily provided event coverage. Additionally, she contributed social media content for a non-profit organization. As a second-year Engineering student at York University, she balances her technical studies with her passion for journalism.

In her free time, Fatima enjoys discovering new music, biking around the city, and binging crime documentaries.
