Gabrielle Barnett

Gabrielle Barnett currently serves as the Social Media Manager at Her Campus Baylor, where she collaborates closely with the Marketing and Social Media Director on the Community Committee. Together, they design and execute strategies to plan and promote campus events, using creative outreach to engage the student body.

Outside of Her Campus, Gabrielle has a strong leadership and service background. She previously held the roles of teen treasurer and secretary for Northeast Dallas Jack and Jill Incorporated, where she honed her organizational and financial management skills. Additionally, she was a dedicated student mentor at her school and an avid volunteer at Ronald McDonald House in the Dallas area, offering her time to support families in need.

Currently, Gabrielle is actively involved in various student organizations at Baylor University, including the Black Student Union, Minorities in Medicine, and the Baylor Medical Student Association, where she continues to build connections and pursue her passion for service and leadership. As a freshman majoring in Biology Pre-Med, Gabrielle is laying the foundation for a future career in medicine, driven by her commitment to community and her desire to make a positive impact.

In her free time, Gabrielle enjoys photography and videography, often turning to Pinterest for inspiration and new techniques. She loves exploring creative ideas on Pinterest and bringing them to life through various Canva projects. Gabrielle aspires to become an oncologist, driven by her passion for helping people in need.
