Isabella Sanchez

Isabella Sanchez is a writer at the Her Campus Carleton University chapter. This is her first year writing for Her Campus, and she hopes to write articles about a variety of topics, including diversity, pop culture, and fashion.

Beyond Her Campus, Isabella is the Vice President of Social for the Carleton University Journalism Society (JSOC) where she oversees and plans first-year orientation week and various social events for Carleton journalism students throughout the year. Isabella is also the Vice President of Membership Development of her sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon at Carleton, where she oversees the organization's new members and the sorority's alumni members. Isabella has written several articles for Ottawa Life Magazine and Carleton's weekly paper, The Charlatan where she has covered a variety of topics ranging from technology, politics, and arts. She is currently a fourth-year student at Carleton University, completing her degree as a Combined Honours Student in Journalism and Communication and Media Studies.

Isabella is originally from Texas and as a result, she enjoys travelling, cooking, baking, hiking, and camping in her free time. She is an avid foodie and enjoys writing about food, restaurants, arts, and culture.
