My best three defining characteristics are my flexibility, authenticity, and patient. While being in various organizations and having a job, I've always created time for each activity I participated in. Also, I'm not afraid to try new things and break out of my comfort zone. I am authentic because being accurate with individuals is essential to gaining their trust in your work effort. At Lululemon, my customer consistently applauds my honesty because I always look out for their needs on the specific product they need. I believe not providing the full scope of situations in the future will tarnish the validity of the information you gave to someone. Lastly, I am patient, I've seen and dealt with the worst, and I believe taking time in people to reach a complete understanding correlates with the authenticity of a person's character.
